Execute repairs on interiors and exteriors of buildings
Handle plumbing and sanitation system maintenance
Conduct minor furniture installation and repairs
Ensure emergency equipment is properly tested
Clear facilities of snow and debris Requirements:
High school graduation and trades training preferred
At least 2 years’ experience in facility maintenance
Valid Class 5 driver’s license needed
Proven problem-solving and independent work skills
