Reporting to the Building Operator, you will handle diverse duties, including the operation and maintenance of boiler systems and air conditioning equipment, plumbing repairs, and daily grounds-keeping tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems
Ensure productive operation of boiler systems
Analyze boiler water testing and conduct minor repairs
Maintain safety standards in facilities and equipment
