As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Health & Wellness, ensuring that nursing care is goal-directed and aligned with provincial standards.

Responsibilities include completing care assessments, administering medications, and facilitating effective communication across interdisciplinary teams to lead to successful patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate care/service plans and implement necessary changes
Maintain thorough documentation of residents' care
Administer medications and support daily healthcare needs
Assist in care conference scheduling and participation
Respond to concerns from residents and families Requirements:
Active registration as an LPN in the Province/State
Experience in a senior care setting is preferable
Solid communication, coordination, and critical thinking skills
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is a must
