This Controller position is a leadership opportunity with a dynamic property management company. You will manage full-cycle accounting, budgeting, cash-flow, and financial reporting for over 600 apartment units. Your expertise will strengthen internal controls, implement Yardi Voyager, and develop strategic financial insights to support growth while collaborating closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee full-cycle accounting and financial reporting processes • Maintain internal controls and month-end procedures • Lead Yardi Voyager implementation and optimization • Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports • Manage relationships with banks, accountants, and partners

Requirements: • Controller or Accounting Manager experience in property management • Robust technical accounting skills with Yardi Voyager familiarity • CPA designation preferred but not mandatory • Proven track record of improving financial processes • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
