In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food and beverage orders. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Handle cash transactions confidently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy with basic math skills
- Prepare and serve food items according to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring quality presentation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures




- Assist in managing wait times by coordinating with kitchen staff and communicating effectively with team members
- Rotate between front-of-house (greeting guests, taking orders, serving, register) and back-of-house (food prep, cooking, expo, cleaning) as needed
- Learn our full menu and kitchen systems through hands-on training Jump in wherever the shift needs you — some days more kitchen, some days more floor.
- Willingness to be trained in all stations, front and back

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and explicit communication abilities
- Experience in food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen work is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
