- Requisition #: FOREM002462 Description Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Foreman - Field reporting to our Calgary Construction and Forestry location. The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the daily organization and dispatch of technicians, providing quality repair work for the Campbell River service Department, advising and making recommendations to the Service Manager regarding technician skills and training needs.

What You Will Be Responsible For - Responsible for the organization of the work performed and quality control - Supervise the work of service technicians - Maintain an organized, clean work setting - Advise and mentor technicians - Commitment to customer service and service excellence - Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, the service team, and other branch personnel - Establish & maintain an on-call field schedule - Converse with the customers and operators on the phone, email, or in person - Manage costs and ensure profitability of the department
