This hands-on role combines work from home with on-set responsibilities in Gatineau. We seek an organized and proactive Associate Producer to oversee pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
You will manage logistics such as crew coordination, scheduling, and production readiness while supporting the Producer/Director. Your ability to solve problems and maintain communication is essential for smooth production operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize permits, insurance, and scheduling during pre-production
- Coordinate with crew and vendors on set
- Monitor the production schedule and shot list
- Assist in post-production coordination and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues swiftly as they arise Requirements:
- Experience in film, TV, or documentary production
