We are seeking a Full Stack Developer - Java / Angular to design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications supporting compliance and critical business workflows. This role is responsible for building scalable full-stack solutions, developing Java Spring Boot backend services and Angular frontends, leveraging AI-driven coding tools, supporting cloud-ready modernization initiatives, and collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Design and develop modern Angular-based front-end applications.
- Build end-to-end full-stack features, including user interfaces, APIs, and database components.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Leverage AI coding assistants and GenAI tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Utilize agent-based development workflows for code generation, validation, and automation.
- Contribute to application modernization initiatives, including microservices and cloud-ready architectures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following development best practices.
- Perform application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global development teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and software development lifecycle activities.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Robust experience developing applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience developing front-end applications using modern Angular.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Hands-on experience working with SQL databases.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience using AI coding assistants or code generation tools.
- Understanding of agent-based software development workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within global teams.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Kubernetes.

- Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
- Experience in financial services or compliance-related application development.
