We're looking for individuals with a love for fitness who can bring energy and motivation to our studio. This role includes group training and focuses on helping members achieve their fitness goals. You’ll train in a supportive atmosphere while providing personal connections and adjustments to exercise routines. Key Responsibilities:
Coach and motivate students during workouts
Lead consultations for trial members to assess goals
Correct exercise forms to prevent injuries
Market F45 services to enhance growth and retention
Prepare and organize studio equipment Requirements:
Proven experience in group training
Minimum 1 year as a qualified fitness trainer
Knowledge of functional training and HIIT
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
