Direct spiritual care education at Parkland as a Manager. Lead CPE student initiatives and develop robust training programs for staff and volunteers. The Manager of Spiritual Care Education oversees educational initiatives for Clinical Pastoral Education at Parkland.

To excel in this role, you will require a graduate-level theological degree and a robust background, including eight years of skilled spiritual care and four as an ACPE Certified Educator. This position impacts both patient care and community outreach through education. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and enhance CPE students’ learning and ministry efforts
Create and implement training programs for Parkland’s staff
Collaborate with Spiritual Care department to enhance program impact




Maintain effective communication with educational institutions
Ensure compliance with ACPE accreditation standards Requirements:
Graduate theological degree or accredited equivalent
Eight years of related spiritual care experience
Must be an ACPE Certified Educator for four years
Ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement required
