As the Director, you’ll lead the development and execution of projects that connect learning to real-world program adaptations and impacts on communities. A hybrid work environment includes 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Key Responsibilities:
Own and oversee pilots and A/B tests
Set and guide strategic program evaluation
Manage project design and stakeholder engagement
