The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of innovative drug delivery devices, primarily focused on reconstitution and injection systems, supporting projects from concept generation through design, prototyping, testing, and transfer to production. The position will report to the Product Development Engineering Manager.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProduct DevelopmentDesign and develop new products or improve existing medical devices from ideation to production transferPerform iterative CAD design with a focus on functionality, robustness, and manufacturabilityBuild and refine prototypes using in‑house capabilities (e.G., 3D printing, CNC machining, manual fabrication)Testing & ValidationPlan and execute product performance testing (e.G., force, torque, dose accuracy,
