The Health & Safety Advisor plays a key role in preventing workplace hazards and promoting a proactive safety culture across Beaudoin Construction’s job sites. Working closely with field teams, he ensures compliance with applicable health and safety legislation, company policies, and industry best practices while overseeing site inspections, training initiatives, and incident management. This position contributes directly to the continuous improvement of the Health & Safety Management System and supports the maintenance of COR certification in a energetic and fast-paced construction environment.Tasks:Collaborate with site teams to identify, assess, and mitigate health and safety risksMaintain an active presence on construction sites and support field teams in implementing H&S best practicesConduct site inspections, monitor corrective actions,



and manage incident investigations and follow-upParticipate in the planning of high-risk work activities to ensure compliance with H&S requirementsDeliver Health & Safety training sessions and educate workers to promote a proactive safety culture.RequirementsCollege diploma or Diploma of College Studies in Construction, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably within the construction industryValid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicleStrong knowledge of Ontario and Québec Health & Safety legislation and regulations or COR certification is considered a strong assetExperience using SafetyCulture (iAuditor) is considered an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
