The Program
Director for Community and Secondary School-Based Mental Health Services will manage critical outreach programs aimed at supporting youth and families. This full time leadership role requires robust clinical supervision of counseling staff and a commitment to delivering impactful mental health services. Your dedication will contribute to community resilience and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and direct services for secondary schools
Implement and evaluate service plans and strategies
Support counselors in effective case management
Engage with school districts to optimize service delivery
Manage administrative and reporting requirements Requirements:
MSW or a master’s degree in a relevant field
4 years of clinical experience in mental health
Experience supervising similar community services
Knowledge of strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
Valid BC Driver's License and criminal record check Serve as a pivotal figure in improving youth mental health outcomes in Kelowna while fostering a culture of belonging and equity.
