The Supervisor , Distribution is a customer-focused leader responsible for ensuring products are received, managed, and delivered safely, accurately, and on time to meet customer expectations. This role oversees Distribution, Receiving, and Logistics operations while fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability, and teamwork. The Supervisor partners closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to proactively resolve issues, improve service levels, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Delivery Excellence Championing a customer-first culture by ensuring operational decisions support customer commitments and business objectives. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, completely, and on time while maintaining quality standards. Monitor service performance and proactively address issues that may impact on customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Logistics teams to provide seamless support to customers. Investigate customer service concerns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Identify opportunities to improve service levels, responsiveness, and overall customer experience. Distribution Warehouse Management Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer orders. Maintain inventory accuracy to support product availability and reliable customer deliveries. Implement best practices that improve order fulfillment speed, accuracy, and consistency. Utilize operational metrics to enhance customer service performance and operational effectiveness. Receiving & Inventory Management Ensure materials are received, inspected, and processed promptly to support uninterrupted customer service.



Work closely with Procurement and Quality teams to resolve receiving discrepancies and minimize supply disruptions. Maintain inventory integrity to ensure customer commitments can be met consistently. Logistics & Transportation Leads the development and continuous improvement of the logistics program, extending beyond day-to-day transportation coordination Coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Develop strong relationships with carriers and service providers to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction. Monitor logistics performance and implement solutions that improve delivery reliability, communication, and cost efficiency. Support international shipping activities by ensuring compliance with customs and transportation requirements. Team Leadership, Engagement & Accountability Demonstrate strong, visible leadership. Develop and lead a highly engaged team committed to delivering outstanding service to customers and internal stakeholders. Set explicit expectations around customer service, quality, safety, and accountability. Coach employees to understand how their daily contributions directly impact customer satisfaction and business success. Recognize and reward behaviors that demonstrate teamwork, ownership, and customer focus. Foster a culture where employees proactively identify and solve problems before they impact customers.



Takes accountability for employee development and capability building. Continuous Improvement & Performance Management Analyze departmental performance and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead initiatives focused on productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. Prepare and communicate performance reports, action plans, and operational updates to leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives and enhance overall business performance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) On-time customer delivery performance. Customer order accuracy. Customer satisfaction and service levels. Inventory accuracy and product availability. Logistics performance and delivery reliability. Safety performance and regulatory compliance. Employee engagement and retention. Continuous improvement and cost-reduction results. Qualifications

Education & Experience Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment. Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory control processes. SAP experience preferred. Demonstrated success leading teams and driving operational improvements. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to engage, coach, and develop employees.
