Reception and office duties, distribute mail, relay messages

Administrative tasks

Prioritize appointments and proactively resolve conflicts as they arise

Proactively creates and maintains effective workflow and communications to accomplish the work.



Including handling a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously

Responds to phone and email inquiries – providing general information and referring inquires to the appropriate source.

Assist residents, Executive Director and Management Team as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Post Secondary Education with a diploma in Office Administration

Experience in an Office/Retirement Home setting preferred

Extensive computer literacy skills incl. Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time-sensitive tasks

Pro-active approach and able to work with minimal supervision

Ability to work under pressure in busy, fast-paced setting

Marketing skills an asset
