As the Head of Flight Sciences IPT, you'll guide the overall technical delivery, ensuring schedule, quality, and cost are met within the aerodynamics and loads domain. Your leadership will encompass coordination across various engineering teams like Structures and Flight Controls, while acting as the primary technical interface for stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead aerodynamic design and optimization of aircraft components • Oversee CFD simulations and performance improvement initiatives • Define aero-loads across various flight envelopes • Conduct flight dynamics modeling and dynamic behavior evaluations • Ensure compliance with FAA and EASA certification requirements

Requirements: • Master's or Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering • 12-18+ years in the aerospace industry • Strong expertise in aerodynamics and flight dynamics • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and CFD tools • Proven leadership in cross-functional teams
