Together, they provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while covering all staffing requirements. Our client is currently seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team on a full-time, temporary position in Sault Ste.

Marie, Ontario. The preferred candidate will have experience within the mining, construction, and/or industrial industry and a strong understanding of health and safety practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site inspections and recommend safety improvements - Support supervisors in monitoring and maintaining safety compliance - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of health and safety policies - Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations - Assist with or lead audits, inspections,



and incident investigationsProvide safety training and orientation to employees - Conduct hazard and risk assessments - Attend safety meetings and maintain required documentation - Manage and monitor use of safety equipment and supplies - Analyze safety data and recommend action where needed - Perform related administrative tasks - Participate in health and safety initiatives and projects Qualifications and Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or training in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent experience - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a health and safety role - Safety designations such as CRSP, CHSC, or NCSO, or currently working toward one (asset) - Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) certification, First Aid, CPR, and AED (assets) - Willing and able to travel to a remote mine site in Northern Ontario Skills and Experience:
- Background in mining, construction, and/or industrial safety roles - Strong reporting, documentation, and attention to detail - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Self-motivated and capable of working independently - Proficient with safety management systems and Microsoft Office NATT Group of Companies is an equal prospect employer and encourages candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
