Take charge as the Assistant Manager of the National Security Program at JSN, enhancing community safety prepares through effective engagement and security assessments across Ontario. This role requires collaboration with community institutions and stakeholders to strengthen preparedness and resilience. Working closely with the Director, you will coordinate projects, conduct assessments, and support emergency protocols.
Effective relationship management and robust project coordination skills are crucial to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with community institutions and establish solid partnerships
Conduct assessments for physical security improvements
Support the development of emergency response plans
Coordinate security projects and training sessions
Help recruit and train community security volunteers Requirements:
Experience in community security or law enforcement
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
Robust writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Valid driver’s license and travel flexibility Enhance community security initiatives and engagement through your role at JSN.
