What You'll Own
Lead operational performance across multiple clinics
Coach and develop
Practice Managers
Drive patient experience, staffing, scheduling, and performance
Understand clinic financials and identify opportunities for improvement
Support teams through operational and staffing challenges
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of dental management experience
Experience managing a
multi-clinic portfolio or high-volume practice
Solid leadership and team development skills
Understanding of
clinic financials and performance
Comfortable with multiple practice management software platforms
Ability to travel regularly across
Downtown Toronto and the GTA
