Purpose of the position

Cogir Real Estate is currently looking for a Resident Concierge for its rental building located in Gatineau. Are you known for being versatile, valuable with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for!

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
Maintain property areas and systems
Maintain and clean the premises
Transparent and salt the entrances
Make service calls
Maintain the garden
Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
Preventive maintenance on equipment
Clean the administrative office
Taking out the trash
Provide a high level of customer service
Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary




Perform other related duties
Respond to all emergency situations
Participate in events organized for tenants when required.

Required qualifications :
1 year of relevant experience will be considered an asset.
Bilingualism both oral and written
Diploma of vocational studies (DVS)
High school diploma (SSD)
Skilled training in general building maintenance (an asset)
