Health seeks a full-time Clinical Manager to enhance operations in its PACU and Endoscopy units.

Your role will focus on maintaining high standards of patient-centered care and optimizing services through strategic planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient delivery of patient services
Promote and implement best practice models
Build cooperative relationships with stakeholders
Champion program goals aligned with strategic priorities
Support staff development through coaching Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
Master’s in Nursing or related field highly encouraged
At least five years of relevant clinical experience
