You will have the opportunity to lead subdivision and site plan projects in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This role requires robust leadership, technical skills, and excellent communication to handle project management and client interactions effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project management for subdivision and ICI site plan projects
Coordinate schedules and ensure quality assurance for supporting staff
Manage client relationships, budgets,
and invoicing processes
Facilitate construction meetings with Contract Administration staff
Assist with post-construction activities and financial management tasks Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration in Ontario
At least 8 years of civil project management experience
Robust knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and site design
