As part of the Family Services team, you'll help organize activities that support child development and foster community engagement.

We seek someone who understands family dynamics, possesses robust communication skills, and is committed to working with diverse families to build relationships and support. Key Responsibilities:
Plan age-appropriate activities that promote child growth
Welcome families, ensuring a warm and secure Hub atmosphere
Collaborate with team members for outreach initiatives
Provide information and referrals to community resources
Prepare monthly activity calendars and assist with statistics Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
3 years of recent related experience required
Robust interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of cultural safety for diverse families
