Bring your expertise to Fraser Health as a Clinical Counsellor serving the Fraser Valley region. This full time position focuses on counseling clients with substance use and mental health challenges. As a Primary Care Network Clinician in Chilliwack, you will conduct thorough client assessments and facilitate their access to community-based resources and rehabilitation programs.

You will also create and implement individualized engagement and treatment plans, working closely with medical specialists and client families for effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct environmental assessments for clients in need
Facilitate educational workshops for community resources
Provide brief therapy sessions and handle case management




Monitor and document client progress and treatment outcomes
Advocate for client needs towards service access and support Requirements:
Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling or Social Work
Minimum of two years’ clinical experience
Valid B.C. Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Proficient in assessment tools and crisis intervention techniques
