Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight within designated city routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load, unload, and secure freight using equipment such as forklifts and other heavy machinery when necessary
Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptl




Assist with freight handling, including loading and unloading cargo with precision and care

Qualifications
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment in a logistics or warehouse setting
Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols
Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on vehicles
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and delivery processes
Physical ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as required
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers effectively
