Council seeks a senior executive to translate leadership vision into actionable organizational strategy. This role reports directly to the Nasuʔkin and requires collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Governance Lead. You will be instrumental in implementing organizational changes while ensuring operational stability and accountability across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Drive alignment for operational mandates and priorities
Implement organizational changes with solid follow-through
Maintain accountability by setting explicit expectations
Coach and support directors in their leadership roles
Foster relationships with Ktunaxa First Nations and stakeholders
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Indigenous governance or public administration
Proven success in operationalizing governance directives
Robust knowledge of accountability and risk management
Experience with coaching senior leaders and conflict resolution
Cultural humility and respect for Ktunaxa protocols
Guide Ktunaxa Nation Council through a defining era of growth and community engagement.
