As a part of the Care Services team at Bethany, your role as a Health Care Aide includes assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring their holistic needs are met. You will document care observations accurately and contribute to a safe setting for residents and team members. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with all daily living activities
• Document and report observations to nursing staff
• Ensure safety guidelines are adhered to at all times
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Support residents' physical and emotional well-being
Requirements:
• Grade 10 education and HCA certificate required
• Registration with CLHA of Alberta
• Experience as a Health Care Aide preferred
• Ability to work in demanding environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
