In this role, you will assist in managing diverse HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, and compliance. Report directly to the HR Director and support staffing strategies for our hotel locations. You will oversee HR processes while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and recruit candidates for various hotel positions • Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee satisfaction data • Administer corporate HR initiatives and compliance requirements • Facilitate training and development programs for employees • Promote workplace safety and manage claims documentation

Requirements: • Proficient in HRIS, including Workday and ADP • Robust knowledge of employment laws and compliance • Experience in recruitment and employee relations • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively
