- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical assets
- Supervise HVAC contractors and project implementation




- Lead project evaluations and provide recommendations
- Document HVAC system repairs and prepare specifications
- Collaborate with teams on capital contracts and design reviews Requirements:
- Community College Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
- Valid TSSA Gas 2 Technician and 313A Refrigerant certificates
- Minimum three years in HVAC maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge of regulations and standards in HVAC
