Sanctuary AI seeks a Technical Account Manager to oversee strategic relationships with major clients. With 5-7+ years of experience in consultative enterprise sales and account management, you will work collaboratively with customer operations and our engineering teams. This role focuses on ensuring successful deployments of our Embodied Intelligence Platform in industries including logistics and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts end to end
• Map customer operations and build robust business cases
• Translate operational needs into actionable technical scope
• Drive strategic projects in collaboration with the customer success team
• Manage partnership requests and qualify technical fit
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Economics
• 5-7+ years in technical account management
