Key Responsibilities:
• Own P&L;, utilization, margin, and growth of the practice
• Lead sprint planning and resource management across projects
• Ensure high client satisfaction and service quality KPIs




• Develop and mentor the delivery team for accountability
• Identify optimization and innovation opportunities in client solutions

Requirements:
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Solid commercial acumen in service line management
• Proven leadership in managing teams and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
