If you are interested in an opportunity to get your foot in the door with leading company, we want to talk with you!Hourly pay range $33.00 - $35.00On site - M-F 7 AM to 3:30 PMResponsibilitiesService customers on engineering teams, retrofit teams, Marketing/PR teams and the Company's Canada fleet. Automotive technician repairs, instrumentation/testing of development vehicles and providing mechanical leadership to new innovations.The technician supports Company's owned and development vehicles within the Product Assurance Garage, performing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, diagnostic, and maintenance activities across diverse vehicle architectures.Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify mechanical and electrical issuesRepair and replace components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and related vehicle systemsConduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, inspections, and component replacementsUtilize specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs and adjustmentsFollow GM and manufacturer procedures, specifications, and safety requirementsDocument repairs, maintenance actions, and parts usage accuratelyCommunicate vehicle status, findings,



and recommendations to internal stakeholdersMaintain a clean, secure, and organized work environmentCollaborate with other technicians, engineers, and support staff to ensure efficient workflowStay current with evolving automotive technologies and service practicesBasic QualificationsHigh School diploma with 5+ years of automotive technician experienceValid driver's license with clean recordStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilityProven experience using diagnostic tools and specialized automotive equipmentAbility to work independently in a fast paced, variable work environmentComfort operating across multiple vehicle platforms and technologiesStrong attention to documentation, quality, and safety complianceEffective communication and collaboration skillsWillingness to continuously learn and adapt to new automotive technologiesPreferred QualificationsProficiency with GlobalConnect, MDI, and Company's diagnostic toolsExperience with vehicle instrumentation and sensorsQualifications include EV capabilities and electrical/mechanical innovation supportThis role supports a broad range of work types,
