In this position, you will work under the guidance of the Lifestyle & Wellness Manager to create and execute programs tailored to the unique needs of senior residents. You’ll ensure that activities reflect their interests and promote overall wellness while encouraging family and community involvement. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize indoor and outdoor activities
Develop monthly calendars for resident engagement
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Conduct wellness assessments with residents
Manage volunteers and lead group activities Requirements:
Diploma in recreation or related field
Valid First Aid Certificate
Class 4 Drivers License
Minimum one year of experience in recreational settings
