In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial transactions, invoicing, and oversight of receivables.

Manage the complete financial lifecycle and reconciliation
Create and dispatch invoices to ensure on-time payments
Prepare financial statements for analysis and planning
Maintain up-to-date CRM and account records
Oversee financial processes and procedure documentation Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of financial management experience
Must have extensive QuickBooks knowledge
Familiarity with banking using RBC Express is beneficial
Experience with project management tools like Monday.com
