This role focuses on one-on-one nursing care, fostering safety, dignity, and independence at home. Administer insulin injections as per physician orders
Assess client health status and respond to changes

Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program
Current registration with the provincial regulatory body
Previous community or home care nursing experience preferred
