As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you'll work collaboratively with a dedicated care team, under the supervision of a Staff Nurse.

Your role will include providing protected and thorough basic care while promoting resident well-being. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and a robust understanding of personal care procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Bath and assist residents with personal hygiene
Safely transfer residents using lifts and equipment
Aid with feeding according to care plans
Provide routine treatments as directed by Staff Nurse
Accompany residents to dining, activities, and therapy Requirements:
Minimum one year experience in continuing care
Completion of recognized PCA/HCA Certificate
Active registration with CLHA
Fluent in English, both oral and written
