Job Title: Business Analyst - Digital Asset Management
Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Work with the business to identify their data model, vocabularies and collaborate with IS&T; so that can be translated to a working model.
Create training materials to train users and Train the Trainer, being open for creativity in your delivery. (e.g. videos, slide decks, other tools).
Facilitate Office Hours for business tenants to provide educational sessions on specific features.
Provide support for business teams as needed.
Identify opportunities for change and discuss with IS&T; for continuous improvement of the DAM platform.
Create demo videos for DAM such as current features, etc.
Create & maintain user guide for the application as well as current features in every release.
