Required Skills & Qualifications
7 years of experience in Corporate Commercial Banking
Proficiency in functional requirements gathering
Strong communication skills
Experience with IT SDLC, Agile methodologies, and data analysis (including SQL and data profiling)
Quality assurance experience with user interfaces, web applications, and database testing (SQL experience)
Experience in building test execution plans and automation is an added advantage
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow, Confluence, and Jira
Additional certifications or training in related fields
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Develop and maintain documentation for business processes
Support the testing and implementation of business solutions
