We are hiring for a Business Analyst and PCO . The role focuses on supporting large-scale transformation, technology, and business projects through business analysis, project coordination, governance, and reporting.

A robust fit will have 5 6+ years of Business Analysis, PMO, PCO, or Project Coordination experience across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.

5 6+ years of Business Analysis, PMO, PCO, or Project Coordination experience.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation, technology, or business projects.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
Experience with Power BI dashboard development.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Solid experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Project.
Experience with Jira and Agile project tracking.
Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project governance.
Experience with project reporting, RAID management,



and portfolio reporting.
Robust stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Do
Support large-scale transformation, technology, and business projects.
Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across stakeholders.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and project reports.
Track project progress using Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, and Agile tracking practices.
Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures and project plans.
Support project governance and portfolio reporting activities.
Manage RAID items and provide visibility into project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare project updates and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project activities and deliverables remain aligned.
