YMCA Calgary is seeking a Child Care Director to lead Saddletowne’s licensed childcare centre. You will oversee operations, staffing, budgets, and program delivery for children 19 months to 6 years, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations.
This full time role requires leadership, robust communication, and a focus on safety and developmentally appropriate practice. You’ll work 40 hours weekly, with some evenings/weekends as needed, and report to the Centre Manager - Early Years (south).
