Lead consulting engagements and major workstreams from problem definition through recommendation, implementation, and adoption Partner with senior client leaders to understand strategic priorities, diagnose business challenges, and shape practical solutions Conduct and oversee market, industry, organisational, and operational analysis Structure complex and ambiguous business problems and translate insights into commercially relevant recommendations Lead work across business strategy, operating model design, process improvement, organisational transformation, and change Translate business priorities into AI use cases, transformation roadmaps, adoption plans, and measurable value opportunities Help clients design and implement AI-enabled solutions and process improvements Bring practical knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI into client conversations Lead workshops, executive discussions, and working sessions Manage project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations,



and output quality Coach and develop consultants and associates Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and advise organisational leaders Identify opportunities to expand ADAPTOVATE’s impact within existing client accounts Support chance shaping, proposal development, pitch preparation, client presentations, and commercial discussions Contribute to thought leadership, capability development, and new offerings Support clients in building internal capability, embedding new ways of working, and creating sustainable, data-driven, and AI-enabled cultures Requirements Typically 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or a fast-paced business environment, including significant client-facing delivery experience Experience leading consulting projects or major workstreams, with accountability for outcomes, stakeholder management, and team delivery Strong commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business development,
