Support preparation of working papers for accruals, allocations, journal entries, and account reconciliations across various business units Record cash deposits for multiple business lines and regions Process wire/EFT and other banking transactions requested by Treasury and other departments Maintain bank reconciliation working papers for distribution to other teams Perform data entry and enter/issue invoices Compile data for financial analysis Prepare monthly accounts receivable reporting Process and record daily cash receipts into accounting and customer management systems Support junior cash accountants by reviewing and posting journal entries and reviewing ledger reconciliations Requirements
3+ years' experience in an accounting related position Relevant Accounting Degree Strong aptitude with processing high volume of A/R and other banking related transactions Experience with bank reconciliations ERP experience Solid skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and D365)
