Become the heart of our community as a Community Connections Manager. We’re looking for someone passionate about making genuine connections, creating a welcoming atmosphere at our Home.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Community Connections Manager fosters relationships with residents, families, and team members. This role blends empathy with administrative duties, ensuring everyone feels valued. You will work with the Human Experience Manager and Programs Manager to enhance daily interactions and organize community events that celebrate memorable moments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create an inclusive environment for all residents and families
• Support residents with guidance and companionship




• Maintain the welcome hub and ensure it's inviting
• Collaborate on social events and activities
• Share residents’ stories through various communication channels
Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services or related field
• Experience in senior living or community support
• Solid communication and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft/Google tools
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
