We're on a mission to make real estate law easy. A lawyer is required for most transactions in Canada, yet the process has seen little innovation and a client experience that doesn't match today's expectations. We deliver real estate legal services end-to-end on a proprietary digital platform, alongside an experienced legal team.

The opportunity

Hundreds of people a month find Ownright on their own, through Google, AI search, or a blog post that answered their question at 11pm. You'll own every one of them: the first person they hear from, and the reason they pick us over the lawyer their agent suggested. When the phones are quieter, you'll build the organic pipeline that creates next month's leads.

What you'll work on

- Be the first voice a client hears at the biggest purchase of their life, and win them over
- Own our inbound leads phone line, so callers reach a person and not a queue
- Turn inbound interest into signed clients across phone, text, and email




- Build the follow-up rhythm that stops warm leads from ever going cold
- Grow the top of the funnel: blog content, AI search visibility, and backlinks

What you bring to the table

- A hustler, competitive and motivated by a number on your back
- Fast, clear, and warm over phone, text, and email
- Smart and willing to learn, with analytical skills
- Organized enough to never let a lead slip throughComfortable using LLMs for everyday work

None. What matters is that you're driven, personable, and love a challenge. A great fit straight out of school. Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is a bonus.
