Service Advisor Full Time

OK Tire South Albert in Regina is looking for a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales or customer service and a positive understanding of vehicles, repairs, tires, and maintenance. Previous experience as a service advisor, service writer, parts person, or automotive salesperson is a robust asset.

Duties
Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle needs
Scheduling appointments and preparing work orders
Providing estimates and explaining recommended repairs
Communicating between customers and technicians
Keeping customers updated on repair progress
Recommending appropriate services, tires, and products
Processing invoices, payments, phone calls, and paperwork
Helping organize the shops daily workflow

Qualifications
Sales or customer-service experience




Good automotive knowledge
Solid communication and organizational skills
Honest, dependable, professional, and able to multitask
Comfortable using computers and automotive software
Valid Class 5 drivers licence preferred
