Sales & Finance Consultant – Hybrid Role

Autorama is looking for an experienced Sales & Finance Consultant to join our team.

This is a hybrid automotive sales and finance position for someone who can confidently manage the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle selection, financing and final delivery.

We are looking for a robust salesperson who understands both the sales floor and F&I; process and is comfortable taking ownership of their deals from start to finish.

Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of automotive sales experience
Valid OMVIC registration required
Automotive finance/F&I; experience is a solid asset
Understanding of automotive financing, lender submissions and credit applications
Strong closing, negotiation and customer service skills
Experience working with automotive CRM and dealership systems
Strong phone, internet lead and follow-up skills
Valid Ontario driver's licence
Self-motivated, organized and performance-driven

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming internet, phone and walk-in customers
Qualify customers and identify their vehicle and financing needs
Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives




Negotiate and close vehicle sales
Complete credit applications and structure finance deals
Submit applications to lenders and work through approvals
Present financing options and protection products
Coordinate documentation and vehicle delivery
Maintain consistent CRM follow-up with prospects and previous customers
Build repeat and referral business
Maintain a professional and transparent customer experience from lead to delivery
