Empower young lives as a Child and Youth Care Worker in a full time, in-person role. Support youth through structured routines, educational activities, and emotional skill development. In this position, you will care for and supervise young people in alternative care settings.

With a focus on relational practice, your role involves engaging youth in activities that foster growth and healing. You will also collaborate with families and de-escalate crises to promote positive change. Key Responsibilities:
Implement structured daily routines for youth
Facilitate social and recreational activities
Teach life skills and emotional regulation
Collaborate with family members effectively
De-escalate crisis situations for change

Requirements:
Diploma/degree in child and youth care or related field
Experience with complex family needs
Proven crisis de-escalation skills
Knowledge of trauma informed care
Explicit Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check
