Lead harvesting efforts with Canfor as a Harvesting Supervisor in the Central Woodlands Team. This full time role emphasizes leadership, communication, and project management in forestry operations. As a Harvesting Supervisor, you will report to the Operations Superintendent and manage all aspects of harvesting activities.

You will supervise logging operations, oversee road construction, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role also involves budgeting, planning deliveries to customers, and engaging with key stakeholders for successful project execution. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise logging, road work, and maintenance activities
Plan and deliver volume to Canfor Sawmill and clients
Track and report on safety, quality,



and cost metrics
Prepare budgets and manage financial responsibilities
Collaborate with suppliers and First Nations for project success Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Forestry or Natural Resource Management
Proven leadership and project management experience
Familiarity with BC forestry legislation and policies
Basic GIS skills and fieldwork experience
