Eggspectation is looking for a reliable and hardworking Breakfast Cook to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in food quality, and maintains a clean and organized workstation.
Availability for early morning and day shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
Read and follow recipes, prep sheets, and kitchen instructions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized station using a "clean as you go" approach.
Complete side duties efficiently throughout the shift.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle sudden increases in volume.
Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
Coachable, quick learner, and team-oriented.
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to downtown Toronto for early morning shifts, including weekends.
